Training Application

As trainings approach, usually 1- 2 weeks prior to the class start, a representative will contact you with more information on the upcoming training. We will also let you know when your Orientation Meeting is scheduled. We may request additional information at that time.

You will receive a confirmation email once you submit the application below.

I can verify I have the following and will provide the necessary documentation - Driver's License, Tribal ID, Social Security Card, & Reliable Transportation- on or before the application deadline as a condition of my training eligibility

*WHAT TO EXPECT AT ORIENTATION:

Orientation will take about 45 minutes.
You must bring copies of your Tribal ID or Proof of Eligibility, your Driver's License, and your Social Security Card to Orientation and Covid-19 Vaccination Card.
We will go over program information, outline the class schedule, go over our program rules and expectations and finally administer your initial drug screen.
