This is the application for the Empowerment trainings
being planned for the White Earth Nation members and will be scheduled.

You will receive a confirmation email once you submit the application below. As trainings approach, a representative will contact you with more information on the up-coming training and to schedule you for an Orientation Meeting. We may request additional information at that time. You can also see updates on our FaceBook page. Thank you for your interest in our programming. WHAT TO EXPECT AT ORIENTATION:
Orientation will take about 45 minutes. You must attend to get approval to attend class.
You must bring copies of your Tribal ID or Proof of Eligibility, your Driver's License, and your Social Security Card to Orientation and Covid-19 Vaccination Card.  
We will go over program information, outline the class schedule, go over our program rules and expectations and finally administer your initial drug screen.
