Five Skies Trade Pro Subscriptions

Subscriptions not only help us train individuals for a new career but also gains you access our community of potential employees. You are able to interact, post employment opportunities and increase your ability to meet internal as well as State and Federal hiring goals on your projects. Employer subscriptions are offered on an annual* basis with the fee being determined by the services that best suit the needs of your organization.

Your initial subscription  cost will establish what services you are able to enjoy throughout the duration of your subscription and is a one-time cost.

 

Standard: $5,000.00

Silver: $7,500.00

Gold: $10,000.00

Platinum: $15,000.00

Membership Tiers

Our Standard Subscription is available for the initial subscription payment of $5,000.00 and includes: 
Access to our community platform as this resource is further developed. It is currently designed to assist in connecting you with others within the community and we are actively growing our community engagement.

  • Access to submit postings up to 12 employment opportunities each year for inclusion in our Opportunities Newsletter.
  • Interact with members of our community to assist you in meeting company/organization, and/or State and/or Federal hiring goals on your projects.
  • Access to request information from Five Skies Training’s database of Native, Women, Veteran and Minority job seekers.
  • Information on periodic educational sessions including live panels, conversations with change-makers, and guest speakers that are invited to address topics requested by our community members.
  • Opportunities to speak directly, either in-person or remotely, with our future workforce readiness classes and share information about your company, industry and projects.
  • Sponsorship opportunities for events such as graduate dinners, job/career fairs and other trainings and workshops.
  • Future resources developed and offered by FIVE SKIES TRAINING AND CONSULTING LLC such as project postings for projects shared with us including Tribal and Non-Tribal Projects, Job Fair/Career Fair invitations, and invitations to various community outreach opportunities.

The Silver Subscription is available for a one-time payment of $7,500.00 and includes: All of the benefits of the Standard subscription plus up to 24 employment outreach postings each year.

  • Access to Five Skies Training personnel that can assist your organization make connections and answer questions relating to Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) programs and compliance to minimize noncompliance and help you avoid penalties and fines.
  • Five Skies will recognize your company’s support by posting your Logo on our community page.
  • By joining as a Silver subscriber, you will be locking your renewal cost for the duration of your continuous subscription for up to five (5) years. The rate of your subscription renewal is guaranteed to remain the same regardless of future increases for the first five (5) years of your subscription.
  • Silver subscriptions renew annually; each subscription period is one year in length.

Gold Subscription is available for a one-time payment of $10,000.00 and includes: All of the benefits of the Standard and Silver subscriptions, plus unlimited employment opportunity postings each year and access to search our referral lists by skills and geographic area.

  • Early access to the platform, allowing you to provide feedback as the service develops and have an opportunity to recommend the direction of the tools developed to help develop programming designed to address specific hiring goals and barriers your organization may face.
  • Five Skies will recognize your support by also including your Company Logo on our dedicated website and on future banner ads that we may incorporate.
  • A self-marketing forum where you can share information about your company or organization within the Five Skies Forest. You are able to share your messaging to our community at large and share information about upcoming events, projects or opportunities. This includes text and photo/image postings.
  • By joining as a Gold subscriber, you will be locking your renewal cost for the duration of your continuous subscription. The rate of your subscription renewal will remain the same regardless of future increases.
  • Gold subscriptions renew annually, each subscription period is one year in length.

Our Platinum Subscription is available for a one-time payment of $15,000.00 and includes: All of the benefits of the Standard, Silver and Gold subscriptions, plus:

  • Screened candidate lists based on your specific project needs to streamline the process of selecting the strongest candidates.
  • A self-marketing forum where you can share information about your company or organization within the Five Skies Forest. You are able to share your messaging to our community at large and share information about upcoming events, projects or opportunities.
  • Five Skies will recognize your company’s support on the Five Skies website and will host approved messaging and information or external links that your company would like shared publicly.
  • Early access to our self-marketing forum to include video posting in addition to text and photo/image posts.
  • By joining as a Platinum subscriber, you will be locking your renewal cost for the duration of your continuous subscription. The rate of your subscription renewal will remain the same regardless of future increases.
  • Platinum subscriptions are bi-annual, each subscription period is two years in length giving you the most value for your subscription fee.

Regardless of the subscription level you initially select, the cost to renew your subscription will be $500.00 each year*. If you decide at any point that you would like access to increased services with your subscription, simply let us know and we will credit your initial subscription cost towards the cost of the new service level. Subscription renewal cost will remain unaffected.

 

*The Platinum tier subscription renews every two (2) years and renews at the yearly subscription rate as a “buy one, get one free” value.

We are happy to Assist with Tribal Regulations and Compliance

We can help you navigate your way through the TERO process and understand the Tribe’s expectations and can assist with the communication between the contractors and the TERO office. We can help Tribes by providing reviews, analysis and recommendations on PL 102-477 programming and compliance and provide recommendations on program and policies and revisions to a Master Plan.

TERO and PL 102-477

These are Sessions conducted directly with Tribes and are intended to help Tribal Offices develop and revise their TERO and discuss best practices and recommendations on enforcement, collection, and structure. We help you achieve your goals:

  • Adopting or revising an Ordinance to maximize its effectiveness
  • Understanding the Return on Investment that TERO provides
  • Potential applications and benefits of the “General Welfare Exemptions for Tribes”
  • Development of a Tribal Elder Supplement program

We also help with the potential applications and benefits of the “General Welfare Exemptions for Tribes” and are happy to discuss topics relating to the development of a Tribal Elder Supplement program that can assist Tribal Elders without reducing their existing Government Benefits.

Working in Indian Country and Understanding TERO

This program is designed to be most effective for contractors working on projects funded by Tribes or that include Federal funding that are located on or near Tribal Lands. It is offered to Contractors through our subscription services to many of the TIER level membership . It is designed to help guide you in understanding TERO, it's history and the importance of Compliance. It can be tailored to the TERO regulations with jurisdiction over specific projects if you are working on a location under Tribal Jurisdiction to help you avoid the negative outcomes such as delays and penalties for non-compliance.

When consulting with Tribes, we can provide the background and information to help your Leadership determine if and how a TERO could be implemented and what benefits could be realized.

We incorporate elements of each of our programming to deliver impactful seminars and training sessions to individuals, organizations and companies or contractors that work with or employ Native Americans and Native American Tribes. Participants do not need to be Native American to benefit from our programming although it is beneficial to be a member, descendant and parent of a tribal member.
